Yes, you must carry a valid SA Learner's Permit (or translated overseas equivalent) at all times.
We require a strict 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a full lesson fee.
No, I provide the expert training and arrange the booking with an independent Authorised Examiner for fairness and compliance.
A few important terms so there are no surprises on lesson day.
24 hours' notice required: At 360 Driver Training, I respect your time, and I ask that you respect mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will incur the full lesson fee, as the slot can't be filled with another student on such short notice.
No-shows: If you don't arrive at the meeting point (Firle Plaza or an agreed location) within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson is treated as a no-show and charged in full.
Payment is required at the time of the lesson or in advance.
Valid licence: You must carry a current, valid South Australian Learner's Permit (or translated overseas equivalent) at all times during the lesson. If you forget your licence, the lesson cannot legally proceed and the full fee will be charged.
Zero alcohol/drugs: You must have a zero blood alcohol concentration (0.00 BAC) and be free from the influence of drugs. If I suspect you are under the influence, the lesson will be terminated immediately for safety reasons, and the full fee applies.
Mobile phones: Phones must be switched off or set to Do Not Disturb during the lesson to avoid distractions.
Data collection: I collect your name, phone number, and client ID solely to schedule your driving lessons and communicate with you about your training.
No sharing: Your personal details are never shared with third-party marketing agencies. Your data is kept strictly confidential.
Photos/social media: Occasionally I may take a photo to celebrate you passing your VORT. This is only posted to social media with your explicit verbal permission.
